Next meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, is all about title insurance.  Roseanne Domenic, President of Springfield Abstract will present information which will inform you about title insurance, most common endorsements, issues related to assignments, subject-to deals and solving common title problems.   Further,  a huge development with the passage of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has been dropped on our laps.  If you are doing a residential deal without traditional financing, you need to inform yourself of the reporting requirements.
